I went to my dentist in December and actually broke down in floods of pain tears. She referred me straight to the Hospital maxiofacial department, who saw me within two days of the referral being made. The dental surgeon asked his colleague for a second opinion and they both decided there was one option, which is rare here. Botox injections. I will admit I am terrified of putting poison in my body. At the end of the day I will take anything over the pain. The headaches have been insane, and I can\u2019t eat my favorite foods they are just too hard and chewy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Have you ever felt a sharp pain in your jaw, heard an unsettling popping sound when you yawn, or found it tough to chew your favorite meal?
